CS100 Upgrade Kit Instructions

Please follow these instructions carefully for best results.

Warning: Always unplug the CS100 when not in use. Do not use unattended. Unplug when upgrading.

Unboxing

Upgrade Kit

Your CS100 GEN2 upgrade kit will come with the following items:

  • New Motor Cover w/ Built in PCB
  • 5 Pin Wire Harness
  • New Main PCB
  • Alignment Board
  • Mini Screwdriver
  • Replacement End Cap

Tools Required:

  • A small Phillips Screwdriver
  • A Drill
  • A 1/8 Inch Drill Bit or Similar
  • Needle Nose Plyers

Warning! Please pay close attention to the callout at the 9:05 mark of the video. The sensor coming loose has tripped up many users! It needs to be installed flush when re-assembling.
